RCP partnered with the landowner to execute an off-market acquisition, leveraging its local market knowledge, residential experience, and development expertise to manage risk and maximize value.
As the lead partner, RCP oversaw all aspects of design and delivery, and continues to provide ongoing asset management following disposition.
