Ryder, is a 1.6-acre waterfront development site located along Revere Beach with direct access to two MBTA Blue Line stations. The property offered a rare opportunity to create a premier residential community combining beachfront living with convenient connectivity to Downtown Boston. RCP partnered with AEW through a joint venture to execute this off-market opportunity, leveraging deep local knowledge, residential expertise, and a strong understanding of regulatory and development processes to manage risk and maximize value.

Redgate led all aspects of the project’s design, delivery, and asset management through completion. In June 2022, the asset was sold to Invesco.
