Executed through a joint venture with the land partner, the off-market transaction leverages Redgate’s deep local market knowledge, residential development experience, and regulatory expertise to manage risk and create long-term value. Through strategic site planning and stakeholder engagement, Redgate aligned the project with the goals of PLAN: East Boston, advancing the continued revitalization of Day Square through transit-oriented housing, neighborhood-serving retail, and placemaking that strengthens connectivity and walkability.
