As Project Manager, Amanda brings with her 7+ years’ experience in urban economic development and city planning. Amanda has managed complex projects, contractors and multi-million dollar budgets and has the ability to perform market analyses, pro formas, and preliminary due diligence. She has a thorough understanding of federal, state and local financing tools related to real estate development, including TIF, DIF, I-Cubed, 23L, MassWorks, TIGER, NMTC and LIHTCs. Amanda has successfully worked with mayors and town administrators across the Commonwealth and has a proven ability to overcome project roadblocks by building consensus among municipalities, developers, local residents and community leaders.
