Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Shane Nolan brings over 24 years of project management experience to the Redgate team. He has a proven track record in development and construction, having worked with numerous institutional, residential, and commercial clients to deliver projects of varying degrees of complexity. These projects, ranging in value from $5M to $300M in value, include new construction and occupied phased renovations in tight urban settings. Shane is responsible for leading teams through every phase of a project’s lifecycle, from design development through construction and closeout, and providing critical input at each stage to successfully manage each development’s progress.
