Rich is responsible for asset management at Redgate, focusing on performance enhancement and value maximization across various asset classes. He directs the leasing and property management teams for Redgate’s projects, which include ground-up developments, stabilized buildings, and value-add strategies. With over two decades of experience in asset management across multifamily, industrial, office, and retail sectors, Rich is a skilled real estate executive.

Recognized for his entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach, he specializes in creating value by fostering strong landlord-tenant partnerships, developing data-informed leasing strategies, overseeing operations, and collaborating with institutional partners. Rich has managed more than $2 billion in transactions, including complex dispositions.
