Caroline runs the day to day operations of Redgate. She is responsible for all operating and administrative support including streamlining processes, maintaining vendor relations, technology support and event planning.
Prior to joining Redgate Caroline was one of the original head office employees at Caffe Nero Americas where she was responsible for organizing events, overseeing all administrative duties and acted as the customer service lead. Previously she held numerous positions within the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
