Project Manager

Andrew brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked in roles covering all aspects of the construction lifecycle. As a natural problem solver, he has built his career around a diverse range of clients with a strong focus on Life Science, technology, Higher Education, and Corporate Interiors.

Before joining Redgate, Andrew gained experience developing professional and fundamental aspects of project management, occupancy planning, and asset management in laboratory and corporate interiors environments. Andrew’s responsibilities have included managing end-to-end delivery of capital projects including negotiation of tenant leases, budget, schedule, engineering, construction, procurement, logistics and safety, employee/equipment relocations, and vendor contract negotiation.
