Project Manager

Xiaoxiao joins Redgate as a project manager with over eight years of experience working on highly specialized assignments for research and advanced technology clients. Her expertise includes program and finance management, permitting strategy, project coordination, sustainability initiatives, and quality assurance and control. She works closely with Redgate’s Institutional Services practice to deliver valuable advisory and planning services to higher education and healthcare clients.

Xiaoxiao was previously a project manager at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Harvard University, where she was responsible for all aspects related to project construction and development and stakeholder communication.
