Rachel Casey, LEED AP, RA

Project Manager

Rachel is a project manager with over 15 years of design and construction experience with extensive institutional medical research center focus. She is experienced in managing the development of ground-up construction of varying scales  project scheduling and construction cost estimating abilities. Rachel has strong communication and contract negotiation skills and Successfully managed communication between Owner, Engineers, Consultants, Contractor and vendors. She has experience leading various project meetings from startup to closeout.

Her previous experience includes managing projects predominately in the Healthcare sector that included Outpatient Clinics, Surgical master planning, Emergency Dept. and main public renovations. Rachel’s clients include Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospitals (MGH, and MG Waltham), Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital (BWFH), and Simmons University.
