Redgate assisted QD Vision in their relocation from their start-up location in Watertown, MA to their new 60,000 sf headquarters in Lexington, MA.  Our team worked side-by-side with the broker assessing over 12 sites and managed all aspects of programming, design, construction, and occupancy.

Redgate senior managers provided Boston University / Boston Medical Center with development and project management services to develop a new, 175,000-square foot lab facility.   The project was completed in 24 months and became the first LEED certified lab building in the Northeast.  Redgate’s scope of work included handling the regulatory and permitting processes; providing master plan coordination; managing the procurement process; and overseeing PDA plan conformance.
