Maxwell's Green is a $52.5 million residential development located on Lowell Street in Somerville, adjacent to the future Lowell Street Green Line Station.  Set to open in 2012, Maxwell's Green will offer a unique and vibrant living experience featuring 184 LEED Certified and Certifiable homes and numerous amenities, such as fitness center, theater room, roof deck, and club suite.  Redgate’s partners are investors in this project and Redgate is serving as the Project Manager for its design and construction.

Fan Pier

Our team successfully master planned and permitted this 20 acre section of Boston’s emerging waterfront after two other attempts failed.  Our client was able to sell this parcel and multiply its initial value, and the 3 million sf is being built today per the master plan.

NorthPoint

NorthPoint is a new transit-oriented 5.2 million-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood on a 45-acre landlocked parcel - formerly a railroad yard - located in the municipalities of Cambridge, Boston, and Somerville.  It transforms under-utilized industrial land into a vibrant and integrated mixed-use community with over 2.2 million square feet of commercial space, 2,700 residences, and substantial retail to support 24-hour activities for residents, workers, and visitors.  Redgate senior managers secured all project entitlements in three cities in record time.  Redgate services included financial feasibility, developing a master plan, public outreach, and coordinating all construction activities.
