MIT Technology Square

Redgate served as the owner’s representative, overseeing the conversion of three existing buildings and the construction of three new buildings into an urban, mixed-use technology park housing both commercial and institutional users.  Our team managed a complex budget and schedule that included base building and tenant fit-up projects, all of which had different schedules and user programs.
