Redgate is providing project management services for the relocation of their office from Watertown, MA to approximately 33,200 SF on the 7th floor of Seaport Place East on the South Boston Waterfront.  Redgate’s scope of work includes developing and managing master budgets and schedules; project programming; managing the procurement process; and overseeing all design and construction activities.

PerkinElmer, Inc. was seeking to sell three buildings that made up part of its Boston campus in the South End.  The buildings’ sites, located at 575 Albany Street (51,000 SF), and 100 East Canton and 123 East Dedham Streets (73,000 SF combined), were zoned for office and multi-family residential development and could be redeveloped by the buyer to accommodate up to 380,000 SF.  Redgate senior managers led the effort to advice PKI regarding disposition strategy and prepare the properties for sale, including oversight of remediation activities and strategy for submission of demolition to the South End Historic Landmarks Commission.  Redgate’s services enabled PKI to maximize their property value.
