John L. Myers focuses on all aspects of advisory and development, with expertise in advisory relating to strategy, structure, implementation, and exit for a variety of clients, including office, hospitality, and institutions.  Mr. Myers has vast experience navigating the due diligence, entitlements, valuation, disposition, and project management processes.

Prior to co-founding Redgate Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Myers worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Spaulding & Slye Colliers as a Managing Director for the New England Region in the Project and Development Services group where he directed such notable assignments as W Boston Hotel and Residences, Technology Square at MIT, and GTECH World Headquarters.  He has provided management oversight for over 10 million square feet of mixed uses managing the risk of $3 billion in value.
